China-based OEM Sany has announced the inauguration of its latest 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) branch in India as it continues to expand its presence in the country.

China-based OEM Sany has announced the inauguration of its latest 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) branch in India as it continues to expand its presence in the country.
The new branch – located in Vedayapalem, Nellore – is said by the company to be a “significant milestone in the company’s robust expansion across the country.”
This opening of the facility means that Sany has 242 3S outlet in India, with the OEM adding that every customer in the country is within a 150km radius of a 3S centre.
The OEM has targeted growing sales from markets outside of China in recent years. In 2023 Sany reported an 18% increase in international business revenues.
Shashank Pandey, Vice President Excavator Business, Sany, said, “We are committed to growing our network and offering easy access to cutting-edge construction equipment, top-notch service, and genuine spare parts across all key markets in India.”
The OEM says that it has 42 dealers in the country.
According to Off-Highway Research, construction equipment sales in India increased by 21% in 2023 to take the market to a record high of nearly 84,000 units, 4% above the previous record volume seen five years earlier.
