O’Keefe wins place on national framework

O’keefe Demolition, a division of specialist contractor O’Keefe Group, has won a place on the new demolition services framework in the United Kingdom.
O’Keefe Demolition, a division of specialist contractor O’Keefe Group, has won a place on the new demolition services framework in the United Kingdom.
The four-year framework is jointly run by ProcurePublic and the National Framework Partnership. With an estimated value of US$108 million (£80 million), it can be used by any of the UK’s public sector bodies and covers clearance and demolition services that include groundworks, civils and enabling.
Andrew Farquharson, O’Keefe’s demolition director, said: “This framework demonstrates the demolition capabilities we have as a business and the high standards required to provide our demolition services to the members who can call-off from this framework. We look forward to regular involvement in the framework over the next four years.”
The framework comprises 16 demolition companies: O’Keefe, Keltbray, R Collard, Safedem, Goody Demolition, Squibb, AR Demolition, Erith Contractors, 777 Demolition & Haulage, DDS Demolition, Coleman & Company, Evolution Enabling Services, Deconstruct UK, Bath Demolition, Clifford Devlin and Frank O’Gara & Sons.
