Among the new equipment offering will be the HP350e cone crusher; the latest model in the company’s Nordberg HPe series machine line.

While limited details about the new machine been revealed, like its sister HP2003 model - which was launched last year, the Nordberg HP350e is designed for the “varying and constantly increasing performance needs of the aggregates and mining industries”.

According to Metso, the HP350e provides “enhanced performance, easier and safer maintenance, and a series of other improvements”.

Steve Cianci, Vice President of Americas Distribution Management, said: “At Metso, we are committed to bringing new and improved solutions to the aggregates industries. These latest innovations mark another exciting step in our ongoing efforts to elevate performance, safety, and maintenance efficiency for our customers”.

The crushing and screening equipment manufacturer will also introduce its first HPe series crusher on tracks, the Lokotrack LT200HPX.

Designed for improved mobility, the Lokotrack LT200HPX is equipped with a Nordberg HP200e cone crusher and a two-deck pre-screen that provides up to 40% higher capacity than the LT200HP model.

Alongside the crushers, Metso will launch its range of HPe upgrade packages. The manufacturer said the packages would enable “current HP crusher owners to benefit from HPe’s benefits, such as a wider application coverage with the new no-backing chambers, increased uptime, and higher throughput”.

When it comes to technology, the company’s cloud-based Metso Metrics telematics system, which provides users with 24/7 access to all critical machine data from web-enabled devices, will take the spotlight.

It said: “A recent new feature is Metrics Production Tracker, an optional add-on that provides mass flow information on the Lokotrack conveyor.

“Now, customers can integrate Metrics data in their current process management systems seamlessly, enabled by Metrics’ external API”.

On the topic of screening, Metso will also highlight its new TSE series screens.

Suitable for wet or dry applications in coarse or fine screening, the TSE screens are designed for heavy duty tasks and can handle feed sizes up to 10 inches and openings of up to 3 inches.

Described as “compact, yet robust”, Metso says the TSE’s design enables “high energy elliptical motion up to 6G”.

In addition, Metso will also showcase its CSH and CXH series of inclined, circular motion screens, which it launched earlier this year. that were launched earlier this year and can be used for wet or dry applications in both tertiary and primary screening.

Several new crusher wear part products will be also be available for AGGG visitors to see. These include new chamber products for the Nordberg HP Series cone crushers and for the Nordberg C Series jaw crushers, which aim to “improve aggregate customers’ crusher economy”.

The products will be showcased on Metso’s booth #511.
