Terex Recycling Systems launches low speed shredder

The TDS-820SE features twin shafts with fully welded aggressive teeth. According to Terex Recycling Systems, the shredder includes customisable shredding programmes to tailor settings to different materials and requirements. It is powered by an electric hydrostatic drive and incorporates bidirectional shredding capability.

The machine’s two-metre shafts are independently operated via separate gearboxes, which the company said helps to reduce wrappage and improve material processing. An integrated transfer conveyor is also included to assist with material handling.
