Kiverco helps Holywell expands waste processing facilities

United Kingdom-based waste management company Holywell Haulage is to expand its recycling operations with a new static waste processing system from Kiverco.
The company, which provides waste disposal and skip hire services across three counties in the south of England, has commissioned Kiverco to design, build and install the new plant at its site in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Part of a “multi-million-pound” sustainability investment, installation of Holywell’s new plant will help the company meet its goal of diverting all waste away from landfill sites.
Eamon Cullen, founder and managing director of Holywell Haulage, said: “Our core objectives were to ensure a higher quality of output material, divert 100% of the incoming waste from landfill and maximising our return on investment.
“With Kiverco’s recycling plants, we are very confident that their systems will help us achieve our objectives, and will provide plenty of capacity for future growth.
According to Kiverco, which earlier this year launched its Ks Series of waste recycling plants, the waste processing unit will comprise waste screens and air density separation systems, and will include magnetic separation capabilities.
With quality control points that “ensure maximum purity of recyclable materials”, the plant will process up to 60 t of construction, demolition, commercial and industrial waste an hour.
